The Kendrick & O'Dell philosophy and practice of care extends very naturally to their local community. They are members of and contribute to, a broad spectrum of local and national professional organizations in the horticultural field as well a supporting other organizations such as the Cincinnati Opera and many others.


• The Cincinnati Flower Show
The Cincinnati Flower Show is the flagship event of the Cincinnati Horticultural Society, an organization formed in 1998 to benefit organizations that promote the quality of life through horticulture. Since its inception in 1989, The Cincinnati Flower Show has become America's most acclaimed flower show featuring world class exhibits, social events, gardener's and plant markets, a lecture series and tours, and is the only North American flower and garden show endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society of Great Britain.

• Kentucky Nursery & Landscape Association
The KNLA began in 1926 and has grown to over 300 member firms. Their primary goal is as a network of professional nursery growers, landscapers, garden centers and others interested in horticulture, is to provide educational opportunities to members as well as support in terms of public knowledge. From their inception they have been dedicated to promoting the professional standards of their industry, and continue as a recognizable symbol of quality to their colleagues and the consumers they serve.

•American Nursery Landscape Association
Now in its 132nd year, the American Nursery & Landscape Association is the national voice of the nursery and landscape industry. Members grow, distribute, and retail plants of all types, and design and install landscapes for residential and commercial customers. ANLA provides education, research, public relations, and representation services to members.

• The Midwest Landscape Network
The Midwest Landscape Network is an association of independent garden centers, landscape contractors, and nursery growers, working to improve member firms so that they can better serve their customers.






•The Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association
The Ohio Nursery and Landscape Association (ONLA) is a non-profit trade association, incorporated in the State of Ohio, representing the interests of the state's nursery, garden center and landscape industry. Membership is comprised of nursery stock growers, landscape contractors and maintenance firms, garden centers, arborists and allied suppliers.
